does anybody know how to hack an entire phone

for context I have a burner phone that I forgot the password to, and recently have been getting weird calls from someone that I apparently "used to know" and we used to talk on my old phone number. but now since I can't log back in and don't want to do an entire factory reset, I'm becoming a little desperate and not sure if there's a good way to recover all the files on the phone without needing the password or if I'm completely cooked

btw the phone model is a galaxy A13 5G it doesn't receive security updates often (or really at all atp) so I think that'll make it that much easier to hack
