Someone is keeping trying to access my accounts

I don't know how he got access probably from downloading cracked games. But this guy trying and trying non stop he managed to access my discord posting some bullshit to everyone now steam but I managed to secure it . Some advice please I am not very tech literate . But I know that Ip address is useful but I doubt it he is probably using a VPN. And you will probably say that I deserve it for downloading from illegal sites .
