My brother is blocking me from my WiFi

TL;DR: my brother blocked me from using my WiFi, what are work around(s)

My brother and I live together, he blocked me from the WiFi through the modem, mind you I PAY for the WiFi and split the modem with him, but he made the account and blocked me from getting on the WiFi late at night (which is when I get home from work) on my main PC, idk if it would work but I tried changing my ip, and using a proxy server, I have a laptop that isn’t effected, is there a way I can bypass this blocking by using it? It’s a eero modem.

Ik it’s not really a hacking question, but they won’t let me ask it on r/networking.
