Got a pop up that said "Go Client, asking authorisation for remote desk access" and I'm scared this was a ransomware attempt and wondering if it has something to do with Lenovo Go Central App ?

I didn't click on anything (there were accept/deny buttons) but I'm a bit spooked. Scared this was someone trying to hack my PC.

I should have screenshot the pop up but did not. I had not sollicited anything and I don't know where it came from.

My only guess is that "Go Client" refered to Lenovo Go Central App. Does that seem likely to you ?

I uninstalled Lenovo Go to be safe but should I be more worried and take further actions ?
