Ble Jammer troubleshooting

Hello everyone, to be honest I'm not sure if I'm in the right subreddit.

I recently got into tinkering with the esp32 and for a first time project, I wanted to make a ble jammer. By all means, it is not to be used for illegal purposes. Purely educational. I followed a youtube tutorial, and it looks good, but when I turn it on, only the light and esp32 turn on, but it does not do what it is supposed to. I'm not sure what is going on.
