Not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but I found out recently that one of my most used passwords was found on a list of breached passwords. This combined with the unfortunate fact that I have fallen for a scam or two in the past is causing me to become a tad over paranoid. What level of scorched earth do I need to go for that is solidly secure but not unreasonable on a scale of "buy a new computer with cash, install VPN, all new accounts, etc." to "buy something like incogni and reset passwords monthly" to "reset passwords once and forget about it"?
Im over here conjuring images of a shady dude monitoring all my screens via a screen share program he downloaded onto my stuff that isnt detected by antivirus. Plz help😅
