How to disable manager CCTV's one camera

Question: how do temporarily (in terms of days) disable a camera in a CCTV system without leaving physical evidence of tempering with it?

I don't know if this is the right sub to ask such thing, if is not pls address me to it

Context: so, as you might have guessed my colleagues and I have come to a point where have to take extreme measures to ensure peace of mind on the workplace. We are a museum with two entrances, on having the main "office" with the CCTV monitor where our manager sits and the other one where there's the camera that needs to go. Now, the CCTV is for security purposes and I do not criticize this, quite the opposite. It's something good and of course helps in case of emergencies, though is being abused. Our manager constantly has the live feed open in the background of her monitor, and takes any chance she gets to scold people to do their job even while everybody is actively doing it just because, takes pokes at people for what they are wearing/doing or when she gets really bored she starts making comments on the intercom or asking what are we talking about. It might sound like nothing but having to live with it every time we are working it gets frustrating. Ya see, we are in EU and for the country we are in this is technically illegal...though if you were try to report this you'd get laughed in the face and deal with the consequences of such a "disrespectful action" with petty and childish behavior not fit for a 50yo person. Unfortunately, work ethics aren't really a thing and talking about it ain't an option. They think that just because they are employing you or "giving you a job" they can mess with you and you gotta be grateful to them. Now, my colleagues and I have nothing to hide, we try to always give the best for the other employees who work just like us but this thing is getting out of hand. Our plan was to sorta disable the camera not completely but just for sometime, without breaking it and leaving no physical evidence like tampering with or sum else
