Someone is posting sexually explicit messages and photos of my family member online can I do anything?

As the title says, someone has been posting images of a family member of mine onto TikTok with gross ass captions. I'm not sure if there is anyway to find information when someone posts like location, device ID, IP address etc? Obviously Tiktok won't reveal anything, and the police won't do anything.

I believe they are "smarter" than a usual troll, they only make new accounts with randomly generated usernames with a mix of letters and numbers, they also have used proton mail in the past to send emails to my family member.
