Did I accidently hack local wifis?

I'm suddenly connected to 4-8 wifis at any given time, none of which I recognize (my wifi is the SpectrumSetup-39, which isn't working according to wifi settings). All of the upload/download speeds sync accross the various wifis. I'm running Kunbuntu, and Mullvad VPN, but these extraneous wifis remain connected whether my VPN is on or not.
