Where do I get started and how do I legally start practicing? I’ve figured out some basic stuff playing with a friend’s flipper, but I want to learn more. Would playing on my apartments WiFi be sketchy/illegal? I currently have a job that is going to teach me this stuff down the line, but I want a head start. A mentor in this career field said “learn WiFi hacking” on my spare time, and basically just said don’t get in trouble.
Don’t mind spending some money to get into it, but I want some starter info and gear selection I can grow into.
