What do you use for port scanning that won't get you banned/yelled at?

You could use your own connection and risk your ISP complaining.

You could use a VPN, logged or not, and risk them banning you (apparently it's a thing)

You could try public wifi, except pretty much all commercial access points (yes apparently even the ones they sell to Grandma's Antique Shop now) block non standard ports.

What is your goto when you need to portscan over the internet?
