give me a starting point on grabbing a criminals phone's ip info, camera access and location. like where do i start and how?

recently i came across a guy on Facebook who harassed one of my friend and asked her intimate photos. she also mentioned that the guy might be using a fake profile picture. he only had 3 photos in his profile. I'm trying to see who this is and try to grab as much as info on him to scare him so he won't dare next time offend anyone else.
