Not to be a snitch-

IT IS possible for someone to access your information on your phone if your Bluetooth is turned on:

Bluetooth hacking Also known as a Blueborne attack, hackers can look for vulnerabilities in your phone and connect to it. They can then use your device to access your contacts, messages, and more.

Eavesdropping Third-party devices within range can intercept Bluetooth signals and access sensitive information.

Bluesnarfing A cyber attack that involves accessing data through an unauthorized wireless connection. Cyber criminals can steal passwords, emails, and photos from your phone, tablet, or other device.

To protect yourself, you can:

Turn off Bluetooth when you're not using it

Unpair Bluetooth devices you're no longer using

Don't send sensitive information via Bluetooth

Update your phone's software

Turn off open-Bluetooth pairing

Don't use your name when naming your phone or device

Use Bluetooth in "hidden" mode
