“GameBoy”-like Car Key Brute Forcer

Just watched a video of someone covering this article, apparently the Kia/Hyundai EVs are susceptible to a key brute force attack. Does anyone know the name of the device they’re using, or is it custom? If custom, what hardware would it need?
