I keep failing a PC check and I don't know why.

I have never downloaded anything like that TBH I only use my computer for games. My computer kept failing the free echo scan with this message "Traces found for Memory Hacking Tool out of instance." I don't know what that means I have tried looking up more info but have come to a dead end.
