Why hashcat isn't working (MD5 word press) ?

Hello,

I am playing HTB and I am stuck on a hash that is MD5 (word press), and I tried many files (rockyou.txt, john the ripper file, passphrase"I guess"). I even wrote the following command hashcat -m 400 [hash file] [path to the rockyou.txt]. And nothing shows up just an output says

"Cracking performance lower than expected?

* Append -w 3 to the commandline.

This can cause your screen to lag.

* Append -S to the commandline.

This has a drastic speed impact but can be better for specific attacks.

Typical scenarios are a small wordlist but a large ruleset.

* Update your backend API runtime / driver the right way:

* Create more work items to make use of your parallelization power:

[s]tatus [p]ause [b]ypass [c]heckpoint [f]inish [q]uit => "

The status says its running but it's stuck in this ^ .

This is the hash : '$P$BGrGrgf2wToBS79i07Rk9sN4Fzk.TV.'
