So , hi i am 18yr old guy with a basic laptop with 20gb ram and i5 , i want to be a hacker but i dont have money to spend on clg or certifications i belong to a low class family , i have learnt some things online but ofc its not guided well so i have to things to ask 1st is how can i access free resources and leanr more with a guided path and 2nd can i really get a job without certificates ???
