Was I hacked?

I'm pretty computer literate and have 2-factor auth enabled on every account that will allow for it...

I woke up today with a new email (gmail) for a single use code for my microsoft account that was received while I was sleeping.

Chrome was open in incognito mode (no page loaded) and a "welcome to office 365" splash for their app was on my screen...

No software had been installed (check add/remove programs)

Absolutely no way I slept walked to my computer to open office 365 or chrome in incognito....but how would that even be able to happen remotely?!
