Can't run tbomb using Command prompt? Even though I have installed it on my C drive?

What up dudes!

I downloaded Tbomb off off Github.

It is my understanding that in order to run the program I have to run is using Command prompt on my Windows 10 machine.

So the first pic attached shows that the program is there installed on my C drive, yay!

So how come I can't run the program when I type in "Tbomb" ? It's not recognised?? Even though it's there on my C drive?

Yes I already have python PIP already installed, I have downloaded the latest edition of python that has PIP within it.
