What would you expect from a programming language made just for hackers?

Hey everyone, I'm a programmer who, sometimes, likes making malwares, but I also love the concept behind programming languages.

I usually write my malwares in Python and I started wondering what a programming language made for creating malwares would look like.

What would you expect from something like it? What kind of syntax? Would there be if statements, functions, would it even work like a normal programming language?

I've already made a basic programming language and I'm very interested in building something like this, what would you say?
