Got hacked and I don't know if they still have access

Greetings,

earlier today i found mails coming from different websites that i previously logged into with PIN numbers and Password changed successfully type of thing. happend to my Linkedin, Epic games, EA, AWS. apparently they still have access to both of my emails, it is likely coming from my pc. opened task manager and didn't find anything other than "Visual basic command line" which appeared only yesterday and consuming some ram and goes back up when i end it.

what can i do? what antivirus would be beneficial to help me here? thank you
