cracking wpa2 wifi - no clients, so can't deauth and capture

I have many wifi networks around me, but a most of them don't have any clients, so I can't deauth and capture handshakes.

I'm currently using a Hak5 Pineapple. Are their other tools (network adapters, programs) I can use to attack these wifi networks? I'm using Linux, of course.

(I've successfully cracked some wpa2 wifi networks using hashcat)
