MagCard MSR software keeps showing this anytime I try to write a card. Every rare moment it will write it.

Please help me understand what is going wrong. I’ve tried to Write several cards, but it keeps showing me this. I try Hi-Co as suggested and doesn’t work. I try Lo-Co and same results.
