In particular Exapunks and TIS-100. For those unfamiliar, they're programming/hacking based puzzle games. Exapunks has you programming nanobots to hack into different systems, and TIS-100 is based on Assembly, from what I hear.
Now, obviously they're gamified. The technologies you "hack" are fictitious, and the programming languages exist solely in the game. But given their theme, I wondered if anyone here played them and seen any benefits to their problem solving/reasoning skills.
