Hello everyone! Im seeking advice for my next project. I just got an Aventon ebike and im trying to increase its max speed. I know to adjust max speed settings with the vanilla software i have to download an app that connects to the bike via bluetooth and i can adjust the speed limiter from there. Ive extracted the .apk for the app and im starting to reverse engineer that to see if i can change values to increase it higher than 28mph. Then theres also the software on the bike computer itself which i probably need to dump and edit. Has anyone on here tried anything like this before? If so whats your advice? I know i can just move the speed sensor on the bike itself to get higher speeds but then it will give the computer incorrect readings, im not about that. Trying to do this as clean as possible and make a working jailbreak. I have a safe place to test so im not too concerned about that. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
