Someone has changed the security info on my email account.

I received the usual threat to release kinky videos lol I’m just wondering how much actual access do they have to my accounts etc.

They changed the password and the recovery email, is this easily fixed?

Should I worry?

Already attempted to recover the account (currently waiting up to 24 hours)

Done the 30 day rest for security info to my other email.

Do I need to do anything else?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
