Sorry but I just have to vent.
I want to actually learn when doing ctfs but there is a problem, if there is a known vulnerability and I search it up I will NEVER find anyone explaining how to manually exploit it. It is always either metasploit or some random poc on exploit-db, so I never learn much, and that makes me feel so unmotivated.
Other thing that annoys me is how much I suck at hacking, I go to hackthebox and most of the time I am unable to even get user on a machine, the times I get was either by a write up or from help I got on the forum.
Rn I am just feeling so unmotivated and sad because this is something I really enjoy and find interest in.
