ZSecurity is not replying to me

I bought the zSecurity essentials bundle from zSecuriy website. I bought 4 items which are mentioned on the picture, however I received only two out of them. After sending two emails, trying to reach out on their facebook and Instagram, I still haven't received any response from them. I am a resident of Pakistan.
