I think Im stuck

I bought this laptop off eBay I have no problem with it other than this. I can not figure out how to remove this. I have the password but I want to remove this security manager. I replaced the hard drive. Installed windows 11 Did a full wipe and reinstalled windows. I do not know the administrator password for bios. I currently am running Kali purple on this 7400. Dose anyone have any suggestions? I tried to remove the bios battery but did not do anything.
