Non-Profit organization hacked

This is a screen shot from my friend who manages a Facebook page for a non-profit adoption shelter. It was grabbed by someone who is now using it to take daily donations from unknowing persons, and steal it all. Facebook's reporting system is so messed up that reporting it as stolen or hacked doesn't do anything. Is there any way to take it back?
