I found a computer in the dumpster by my job. How do I bypass the password?

I’ve looked up YouTube videos and I’ve typed this question on google and no matter what I try i keep running into the same problem. I get stuck in a “choose your keyboard layout” page. And when I’m on this screen, my mouse and keyboard stop working, so I can’t get past it. So i end up shutting it down and trying all lever again with the same result
