Saw a message in my SPAM folder that was from me with a voicemail file (I didn't click it or open it)

Thankfully Google marked it as spam but it was from me, even when i hovered over it it said my email, with a fishy "voicemail" attachment. I didn't download it or click.

I went to my sent emails and there's nothing there that looks out of sorts, no weird logins. I use authenticator for 2FA. How did they do this? Am I compromised?
