My predatory apartments use coin-o-matic and charge $2.50 per load of laundry. After some research I’ve found out they likely store the card balance on the card itself (there’s no ethernet on the washing machines and you have to leave the card inserted to process the reload) I know nothing about hacking but was wondering the easiest way to get an RFID reader to view and edit the value of the stored balance on the cards? Can’t really get the master key because there’s security cameras in the laundry room. I believe it’s a 13.56mhz RFID chip because it’s a cheap laundry card with a large RFID chip needing to be inserted (no tap).
