How can someone can break into my accounts no matter 2fa is active and I have a strong password

Hello everyone! Recently someone hacked my Gmail, and then he accessed my fb and instagram accounts. No matter that I had 2fa, strong password(30+ characters).

So I am just interested in what technologies the hacker used against me.

I presumed maybe it is because of the leaked session id that some extensions are causing, but I am not sure. So I need your advice.
