any good python libraries to connect to networks with

is there a python library to connect to a wifi (PEAP authentication with username and password ) network?

and get the available networks with (also get if connection succeeded or not ) , bc i think i may be onto something in theory ( if org is using same username and pas for wifi auth to , in theory dropping a raspberry pi nearby (w battery) would allow it to bruteforce password of user ptflag and store it locally until someone walks near it with a bluetooth enabled smartwatch (running custom firmware ) for example )
