Using a custom exe or python with msfvenom, not clear from the docs

hello all,

I'm writing some code in python for a reverse shell that I'm compiling to an exe. I'd like to use that exe and run it through msfvenom but I'm not seeing any where in the instructions on how to do so.

Is this possible?
