Last night, the "Tesla" YouTube channel went live with Elon, Jack Dorsey, and two other individuals. The channel had 22.4 subscribers and the channel owner was "tesla_ceo1". At the bottom of the screen was a supposed pinned tweet from Elon and a QR code that takes you to the site "givetesla.io" where they claimed that they were giving away free crypto but all you had to do was send them crypto first. While I was watching, there were around 5k other viewers, but only subscribers who had been subscribed for 17 years (or roundabout) could comment on the stream.
Tons of red flags, but the site was well-designed and seems to have been successful in stealing at least a few people's money and possibly someone's YouTube page.
Be vigilant.
