So, I have a question regarding monitoring (and if possible intercepting) Windows file explorer calls. I wanted to check what system calls are made for specific functionalities, such as renaming files, creating files, thumbnail generation, etc. I found WinSpy and similar tools, but it seems that they don't log/monitor these processes. How is this usually approached and done? Are there sys tools that can do the monitoring or, perhaps, some other tools?
