Is there any way to hack Chrome to force it open all links in Incognito Mode by default?

I'm talking about the HTML links opened from outside Google Chrome, like mhtml links from desktop or links from within various note-taking apps.

I've already tried a couple of basic stuff like

  1. Adding " - incognito" at the end of the Chrome Shortcut's Target Path
  2. Messed around with Default Apps / File Exts registry keys
  3. Tried adding "- incognito" to chrome.exe; broke the executable file.
