Is there a limit how much data an RFID skimmer can capture?

Let's say an attacker puts an RFID skimmer in his backpack and stands near the office door, intending to steal employees' magnetic access card data. And let's assume the skimmer can capture data within 8 meters radius.

So, the employee passes by, uses his access card to enter the office and the skimmer captures the data. But will the skimmer inadvertently capture the data from the employee's credit card which was in the wallet?

And will the skimmer capture data from all magnetic cards if 20 employees pass by?

Thank you
