I recently did a massive hardware upgrade for my PC, but I've got the space and the cash for further upgrades. I want to use this PC to start practicing hacking, but wanted to get some tips about what I should be focusing on first, with regards to hardware. Should I prioritize more RAM, a better processor, both, or neither? Would/could my GPU be a factor in performance? Am I asking the wrong kinds of questions?
This is my first lab setup, so I'm not entirely sure what I'm doing. Any help is appreciated!
