Bought this to make a second key fob for my Jeep. Thinking I could also use it for family and friends vehicles. A new dealer key would have been cheaper. Turns out it locks to first vehicle. A fact that is not stated in Amazon’s advertisement. I called them out on it and they refused to accept responsibility or change the ad. They did eventually offer a refund but being in Costa Rica the cost to get it back to them would be more than the refund. Plus I’m out duties as well.
So, I’d like to hack it so it can use it on other vehicles. Anyone know about this?
