Help with flags and masking for hashcat command

I am requiring help with building my hashcat bruteforce command for this specific scenario, I am a little confused and my attempts have been netting no results all evening.
The hash is an MD5 and is 7a828bae0910102319b8162edff80a73

Attributes:

the characters will all be characters acceptable in a URL

I believe the first 7 or 8 characters will be:
