Bit of a weird one..

I'm supposed to be video calling done scammer who has passed me their TELEGRAM user name. What i want to know is if it safe to do so. I don't want to get hacked , Pin pointed via location etc What's the best and safest way to contact this guy without putting myself in any drama. I mean he / she in fact is a scammer by nature at the end of the day .. So let me know what i need to know before contacting this dude Cheers T
