I am looking for phone numbers from other states.

Good evening. I hope this is the good place to ask this.

I am actively bug bounty hunting and there are various programs that ask you for a valid phone number from that country. I know some years ago there were some online tools you could use that would give you a phone number and would send you any message you received on them.

Does anyone know if I can still find a tool like that or any other option I have?
