Best place to transfer crypto to cake

Hey, what would be the best and cheapest place to buy a coin (small amount like $5 max) and then transfer it to a cake wallet? I want to buy XMR.

I wanted to use coinbase but they are not accepting my credit card after a day of waiting for verifications.
