What are good bug bounties to start with?

Like I am currently learning the prerequisites to bug bounties. I know how to make VMs, etc, but I am just wondering where I should start? Right now I’m about to take CCNA exam but after that I’m gonna continue learning networking, Linux, cloud, Windows, etc. At the rate I am going I should be able to do bug bounties by Spring.

I’m doing THM on the side right now and possibly soon PortSwigger Academy, HTB, and maybe Pentesterlab starting after I get through enough prerequisites.

Also, can bug bounties be done via hotspot?
