Hacking into my own reddit account?

So I used to have a reddit account (u/Shimmeringdelta) and then eventually forgot about it for ~6 months.

I wanted to come back but I forgot my password and ofc my idiot self used a junk email, so...

It's the name I use on a bunch of different websites which is why I don't wanna make a new one.

Is there a way to hack my own reddit account so I can change the email/pass? 😅 If yes, how?
