After someone gains access to your computer can they search the web through a browser using your "saved login sessions" (not sure the specific name of these).
For example, if I turn on my computer and open chrome and type gmail.com it automatically logs me into my gmail account without asking me to authenticate. Could a hacker who's got a shell on my computer do the same thing or would they have to enable some sort of remote desk top functionality?
