Gmail Critical Security Alert

Hello, I got an alert about my password being compromised for http://127.0.0.1:5000 . I don't really remember setting the username or password. The password looks auto generated

From what I've read, it seems like I should be fine since it's a local thing but wanted to hear some thoughts for peace of mind.
